Our team
La Panoplie is a collaboration between three artists from diverse backgrounds who combine their unique talents to create multidisciplinary theatre that is visually striking, physically dynamic and highly accessible. Beyond performance, La Panoplie is committed to education, offering regular workshops and masterclasses.
Jos Houben,
A graduate of the Jacques Lecoq Theatre School, where he has also been teaching for 25 years, Jos Houben, is a widely recognized specialist in comic theatre. Drawing on collaborations with companies and directors such as Complicité, Peter Brook, The Right Size, and Jean-François Perret, his work is marked by humor and visual subtlety. He is notably the creator of the cult production The Art of Laughter, L’Art du Rire.
Oria Puppo
Set and costume designer, Oria Puppo divides her career between Paris and Buenos Aires. She designs sets and costumes for directors such as Rafael Spregelburd, Roberto Villanueva, Ciro Zorzoli, Alejandro Tantanian, Laurent Berger, Lilo Baur, Anouche Setbon, Jos Houben, Emily Wilson, Luciano Rosso, Peter Brook, and Marie Heelen. She has also served as Technical Director of the Buenos Aires International Festival and as an Artistic Advisor at the Teatro Nacional Cervantes.
Emily Wilson
A graduate of George Washington University in the United States and of the Jacques Lecoq School in Paris, Emily Wilson is a director and teacher. Her productions have been presented at venues such as the Bouffes du Nord, the Rennes Opera, the Athénée, the Théâtre de Caen, and the Lille Opera. Emily teaches at the Paris Regional Conservatory (CRR) in the Department for Young Singers and at Le Plus Petit Cirque du Monde.
