Our Commitments
"This workshop, beyond the individual skills it helps to develop or reveal, becomes—through the attentive sense of complicity it fosters among participants—a framework for living together in all its richness."
Jean-Frédéric, 2025
Quality Control
Our training programs are organized within a continuous improvement process in order to meet the Qualiopi criteria: clear objectives, assessment of learning outcomes, adaptation to participants’ needs, and the delivery of a certificate of participation at the end of the workshop.
Welcoming Participants with Disabilities
La Panoplie pays particular attention to welcoming participants with disabilities to our workshops.
Applicants with a disability are invited, at the time of registration, to contact us to inform us of their situation.
The training coordinator reviews the request and determines whether participation in the training is possible (accessibility of all work spaces, suitability of the activities for the specific disability).
If participation is possible, the application file is forwarded to the instructors, who carry out the selection in collaboration with the La Panoplie team
If participation is not possible, or if the application is not selected, La Panoplie remains committed to supporting you in your training pathway.
Emily Wilson is available to discuss this with you ([email protected]
